Health Information Distance Education
Beginning in Fall 2005, the Colorado AHEC System Office began offering reference
librarian services to the preceptors, residents and students served by Colorado
AHEC. Services include conducting literature searches, teaching classes on a
variety of topics related to health information, producing a Newsletters and
marketing services to preceptors. In addition to these ongoing services, a
needs assessment and database of queries are currently in production.
