A. Develop basic core curriculum for allied health(RT, Rad. Tech., Surg. Techs, PT, OT)
B. Integrate some core courses for healthcare professionals
C. Teach respect and professionalism to healthcare students (role model too!)
D. Reduce redundancy in what’s taught through increased collaboration between healthcare providers and educators.
E. Align rotations with students’ lifestyles.
F. Pipeline – med prep in secondary school, educate the educators first
G. Partner with industry for educational sites and timing
H. Establish a sharing and communication from one program to another
I. Education for entry level jobs in high school expose studentsto career ladders and the variety of healthcare professions.Create a seamless transition from one option to another.
