Intramural Research Support Program Guidelines

The goal of the Intramural Research Support Program of the College of Nursing (CON) is to assist faculty in the development of their research programs as a means to achieving extramurally funded research grants. All aspects of clinical, educational, translational, and health services research are appropriate for the CON Intramural Research Support Program. Foci for research include, but are not limited to,  (1) human experience of health, illness, and healing; (2) human technology interface; (3) environmental context of health and health care delivery; and (4) quality and cost-effective outcomes. The Intramural Research Support Program provides support for: (1) small research grants; (2) research assistant (RA) support; (3) faculty research-related travel; (4) software, devices, instruments, tools and other research related expenses; (5) editorial consultant services; and (6) library article retrieval/searches.
